Conveniently located on Arkansas Lane in Arlington and the North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, Revive Injury and Rehab services patients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Our dedicated chiropractors help improve your health and wellness by taking a “whole person” approach to chiropractic care.
We specialize in auto injuries but we also do general chiropractic, DOT physicals, drug testing, sports injuries, nutritional guidance, various therapies, and more. Dr. Bain and his team emphasize superior patient care and going the extra mile with all-natural treatments that not only alleviate your symptoms but get to the root of the problem.
Our conviction is that when you receive a chiropractic adjustment, you benefit from the restoration of structural integrity followed by an improvement of your overall health. Not only can we recommend therapies, exercise, and nutrition to holistically improve your health, we support you every step of the way.

Our chiropractors will spend quality one-on-one time with you because we actually care about discovering what is triggering your pain and treating it properly. Dr. Djorn Bain D.C. hails from the island of Grenada in the Caribbean and has been practicing chiropractic medicine since 2017. Dr. Bain was inspired to become a chiropractor after having an injury and seeking chiropractic care himself. He has a vision to transform his patients through facilitating their health with nutrition and chiropractic.
Dr. Bain moved to the US in 2001. He attended pilot aviation school at Texas State Technical College in Waco, TX. He moved to Dallas TX in 2005 to further his education and passions. He has helped Arlington and Dallas residents with his knowledge of the chiropractic arts for 4+ years. Through hard work and dedication to his patient’s health, he has built two highly successful chiropractic services in Texas.
Dr. Bain uses his unique talents to help people of all ages with their aches, pains, and even debilitating injuries. His outstanding reputation, exceptional patient feedback, and sheer loving servitude speak for the effectiveness of not only Dr. Bain’s work, but for the miracles of chiropractic medicine.
However, success did not miraculously appear for Dr. Bain overnight. It was a long and winding road of tedious study, continuing education, and trial and error that led to the success that he has now.

Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by calling 817.642.5032. If you would like to request an appointment online, please select the "Schedule an Appointment" button below. A member of our staff will follow up with you directly to confirm scheduling.
Financial
Our practice accepts cash, check, major credit cards and Care Credit. We will be more than happy to submit your insurance forms for you, and we accept most major insurance providers. Please call our office to verify whether your specific insurance plan is accepted. Payment plans and schedules can be discussed upon request.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
